Anna Wynn Roberts

Anna Wynn Roberts is an executive coach and trainer based in South Wales, UK. She has a background in freelance journalism and documentary making (BBC, BBC World, ITV, Channel 4) based in London and covering issues in Europe, Africa, South America and Asia, filming undercover in North Korea for Channel 4’s current affairs series, Dispatches. She retrained and worked as a secondary school teacher of Modern Languages before moving back to her home country of Wales to head up the training department at the Thomson Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to deliver positive change in media and communications around the world as a way of improving public engagement and governance. From 2011 to 2018 she ran a Welsh Government funded skills development programme on behalf of the National Union of Journalists and during this time developed strong partnerships with Journalism and Communications departments at some of Wales’ universities. In addition to coaching people in professional development she now delivers training in Coaching and Mentoring skills, conflict resolution and wellbeing as well as workshops in Storytelling for research academics.
